Hey! Thanks for taking the time to find out a little more.
Through living and breathing my industry, I’m extremely proud to be an award-winning makeup artist early in my career, holding National Makeup Artist of the year 2018, from The Wedding Industry Awards. My long love of makeup began as a very little girl, but over time I’ve been lucky enough to find a true passion in working with women. I never knew it was possible to enjoy a career as much as I do.
I’m in love with all elements of makeup, and create a balance of stunning timeless style with straight off the runway trends to achieve your perfect look. I’ve developed a knack of quickly reading what women really want, and believe my treatments extend far beyond a quick makeover; considering each special wedding morning and makeover a real privilege to be part of.
Experience and Training Background
Although I believe professional training isn’t everything, I’m passionate about being the best I can be. Hand-picking courses and learning from other artists I admire absolutely continue to help me forever evolve.
My career actually started as a beauty therapist specialising in skincare with Dermalogica (something I remain passionate about). After running my own business as a therapist and self-teaching myself makeup for a long while, I bit the bullet and studied my diploma in bridal makeup privately, with celebrity makeup artist Kristina Gasperas and never looked back!
I go on several small courses a year, keeping a fresh approach to makeup and always honing my technique. From Kim Kardashian’s very own Mario Dedivanovic, a course designed by the Pixie-Woo sisters and another influenced by Lithuanian legend Povilas Staniulionsis! I’m very experienced in makeup on all shapes and sizes that looks breath-taking in person and photographs and lasts perfectly.
Along side a jam-packed diary I like to always be playing around with creative projects of my own. Usually filming new videos for my Facebook page or shooting new looks. All images featured on my website (unless I feature) are taken by me. Today, my business provides a wonderful mix of work. Bridal makeup being the hub, but occasion makeup, private lessons and brows proving equally popular, allowing me to specialise in these areas. I thrive from the challenge and variety of working with different styles/faces and have ALWAYS believed in makeup enhancing, not masking, no matter how glamorous. I love the long-lasting confidence even seriously subtle makeup can give to all women, leaving them loving the skin they’re in.
