I'm Lissy, a makeup artist specialising in national award-winning bridal makeup, 1:1 private makeup lessons, makeovers and brow shaping.

I work from my studio in Thatcham, Berkshire and travel to you for weddings and occasionally makeovers or events - upon request.

My background is in skin, beauty, product and makeup. An in depth understanding of the beauty industry and 10 years experience working with women brought me to be incredibly passionate about each makeover and service to be entirely about you. Unique, luxurious and leaving you feeling the most beautiful version of yourself - exactly as you deserve.

I had an amazing make up lesson with Lissy this week. Lissy made me feel at ease from the start. Lissy took time to understand me and my lifestyle and showed me a make up look that I could do in 10 minutes and I knew I could replicate myself. I have gained so much confidence in my make up ability and myself since the session and I cannot thank Lissy enough for this.

Makeover2 review – name needed

I had the most wonderful afternoon with Lissy after being highly recommended by a close friend to get in touch and look at her services. I did a 1-1 Makeup lesson at her gorgeous home salon, it was a perfect pamper time for me which I rarely do ! She was so kind and explained step by step what she was doing and what products she was using. I came away buzzing feeling really beautiful with the makeover. Makeover review – name needed

I was lucky enough to pin Lissy down during her maternity leave to do my Bridal Makeup for my wedding in August. I was quite nervous as make up is not my thing, but I felt instantly at ease with Lissy. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Lissy & Bex organised my morning which meant that everything ran seamlessly, and they didn’t leave until I was walking out of the door. She went above and beyond, including feeding me crisps! I’m so pleased that I was able to have her be such a big part of my day. Super talented lady, I would highly recommend her to anyone and I honestly can’t thank her enough! I think every Bride wants to feel like a princess on their wedding day, and Lissy helped make that dream come true for me.

Lissy was punctual, relaxed and professional on my wedding morning. Applied make up to me and two bridesmaids. Each time listened to likes and dislikes of 3 differing views on make up. Personally as a bride I felt like 'me' I requested the natural look, but better! Lissy on the trail run, at my request applied false individual eye lashes, and yes, they felt comfortable and totally enhanced my eyes. She was patient and listened to my view and was very happy to remove the lashes.

She spent such a long time during the consultation to answer my questions, go over what I was looking for. But her professional eye to detail meant that she knew exactly the best shape and shade that would suit me.
